Organising a getaway with friends or a company team building event? We can arrange larger e-bike rentals for private groups and team events — up to 25 bikes with partners, subject to confirmation and availability.

How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery and collection are included in our main service area, across Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú, the Garraf coast and selected Penedès villages. For nearby or countryside addresses outside the area, contact us for a quote before booking.
Can you deliver to a countryside masia?
Often, yes. We ask for the exact address or property name and, where helpful, a map location. Some rural destinations may need a separate delivery quote.
Do I need to choose a bike frame size?
No. Book the number of bikes you need. We may contact you after booking to confirm the riders' heights and prepare appropriately sized bikes.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of €150 per bike is required. It is not charged when you pay for your rental. We will send a secure payment link before delivery, usually around 7 days beforehand (or promptly for last-minute bookings). The deposit is refunded after the bikes are checked, in accordance with our Rental Terms.
What is included in my rental?
Every comfort e-bike includes a helmet, bike lock and pannier bag, as well as free delivery and collection within our standard service area.
How do I lock my bike securely?
Use the lock included with your rental and secure the frame to a fixed anchor point. Our Before you ride guide explains the basics. A short video will be added later.
Can I reserve bikes for a group?
Yes. Larger bookings, including corporate and family groups, are arranged on request. Additional bikes depend on partner availability. Choose WhatsApp or email to ask about a group rental →
What if I need to cancel?
More than 30 days before the first rental date: 100% refund. From 30 to 7 days before: 50% refund. Fewer than 7 days before: no refund, except where required by law. See our Rental Terms for details.
